Mission Statement
Along with the strategic and physical coaching Endicott Athletics provides, mental performance work adds a focus on mental skills and preparation and can have a tremendous impact on overall well-being and sport performance for student-athletes. Our Sport Psych interns provide teams and individuals with training in mental skills that have been shown to improve performance and make it more consistent. They can provide this training to specific individuals who may be struggling with the mental side of sport and can provide workshops to teams to help enhance team building, cohesion, and communication, develop shared goals and vision, and teach performance enhancement skills.
